Default Maui Jim customer service?

I just got home to find my puppy has completely destroyed my MJ sunglasses. Does anyone know if MJ will offer cheap replacement glasses if I mail them in, or should I just write them off as a loss?

Completely destroyed...completely

Were they warranted against adorable fur-babies?

Mail them in. Nothing to lose but the postage.

I dropped mine and broke the lenses. I emailed customer service and received a response the next day. They quoted me $60 and $8.95 for shipping. Go to there website and read the instructions. Pretty simple deal.

I think they have great customer service as well as a great product.

I mailed in a pair and they eventually sent them back with a note saying they no longer sold that model, nor had parts so they couldn't be repaired. The best they could do was give me 30% off MSRP on my next pair.
