[B]BOATER SAFETY[/B] - Bouy 10 and .....

Dateline West:

After observing combined beer drinking and dangerous moves in some boats near other boaters out at buoy 10 I think those that are operator challenged better at least wait 'till after getting off the water to drink beer - unless you are driving of course.
