So i have heard alot of different things about where you can and can not hunt on the Columbia. i don't want to take any chances so what are the boundaries on where you can and cant hunt???? i have looked in the regs and it doesn't give a clear answer. i know that below Bonneville dam is all pretty clear but above i have no clue
