Fished the columbia today (ST Helens) area, one take down and she stuck. Released about a 15# native. First springer in Feruary ever.Sorry no pictures but I'll remember. Silver with red tip kwik fish with green sponge wrap scented with secret sauce ( just kidding sardine scent) Pretty cool for me I'm not a slayer. 1 sealion spotted with massive amounts of smelt in his mouth often but he went down river and about a half hor later Miss springer came to call
Thanks for the report s-dan I too was out in the same area this afternoon, but had no luck today. Was out yesterday afternoon, and realeased a native in the channel a little sooner then i wanted, but hey, it made it easier on me The water is clearing and dropping. and it is only gonna get better :grin:
