Our brand New 2006 Ford Fusion would not start on Sunday Morning. I was very confused. We had not noticed anything wrong or that we left and lights on at all. We Priase God that when we got the car. We got Road Side assistance and a wonderful warrenty on the car. This has put our minds at rest. We would really like our car back soon. We got a loner car for free which came with the warrenty. Awsome there! Ryan had it jump started by Pop a Lock. It took the jump and then the guy tested the battery with a little metter. He told us both our battery and Alternator were doing there job. Then he told us to run the car for 45min. To check the green light on the battery. Ryan did so and it glowed bright green at the end of 45min. Ryan went and turned off the car then tried to turn it back on. Nothing happened at all. Monday, Ryan had it jumped again and drove it down to the Ford place in Gladstone. When they tested the battery it was reading fine to them. Then they hocked up the computer. Ryan said that they guy looked very supprised and got another person to look at what he saw. I guess our computer in our car messed up the computer that they were using to dignose the problem. So here were are with a loner car. Waiting on them to fix our car. Which will cost us nothing. AMEN!
