I recently closed on a refinace loan for my house - all arranged through Steve's company Advanced Lending (an Ifish sponsor).

Steve and his wife did a great job of getting this completed in spite of some unique problems due to my personal situation.

I will also chime in on Steve. I had some refinance questions and he answered all of my questions and also gave me some other great info on a related topic! I will be talking to Steve in the semi near future when it comes time to refinance!

Both Janey & I work very hard to give our borrowers the very best in rates, fees and customer service. Nice to know we succeed.
