Default North Fork and Small Fry

I am wanting to take my Neighbors Kids out there they are 5 and 7 they both love fishing and I told them I would take them out before I have to go back to College, and I was wondering if we could catch fish at these 2 if so on what and where?

We went up there today and landed 7 trolling, well actually 8, but the dog jumped in after one and got hooked himself. He also managed to knock the the fish off. I'm not sure what the deal is with the Small fry pond, the gate was locked today and the store was closed. You may want to call them.

Small Fry Pond is in the day-use area at Promontory Park. Here is a link to a map of the place. www.portlandgeneral.com/community_and_env/parks_campgrounds/clackamas/promontory_park_
Power bait or night crawlers floated off the bottom work great. You probably know it's restricted to kids 14 and younger so it's a good spot for the kids you are planning to take.
