Coho at Cape Falcon

I guess you all were sleeping last time because I can't believe nobody has been out there(Cape Falcon) fishing for silvers. It is legal to keep 'em up there and it's no further than 8 miles north from Nehalem Bay. We know big schools of large feeding silvers are all over outside the bay and I sure would like to hear from someone who has been up in the retention zone. Second posting on this request hope someone can help me out, it's tearful to keep throwing back 10-12 pound chromers.
