Buoy 10 report

[Hookset]

Fished this Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday I caught 3 fish, released a 20 pound tule chinook and a small clipped 5 lb. silver and kept a 12 pound urb chinook. Fish were caught on whole herring at 20 to 24 pulls off the church.

Sunday I fished the river, caught 2 clipped silvers by 8am near the bridge. I used just 2 bait fish for the silvers, anchovies, fish flash and diver at 15 pulls.

Saturday afternoon at buoy 10 the bite was slow, lots of boats and not many nets. The river was actually very slow to. The checker at the ramp said about 50% of the boats had fish. Sunday, boats in the ocean were limiting while the river fisherman worked to find fish. If you have a choice, head west, fish the ocean when conditions allow. Look for fishing to improve with the stronger tides this coming weekend.

I looked for other IFishers and stickers but never found anyone. I know your out there somewhere.

Fished the church hole on Saturday from 6AM-1PM. Nothing producing a bunch of fish. I only seen about 12 nets the entire 7 hours out?? Hopefully the fishing will pick up a little this week.
