3 fish question

When does the three fish limit start? Am fishing Wens 8/15 can I keep three or does it start on the 16th........Thanks

fishbait, my understanding is BEGINNING Aug 16th you may keep 3 fish but only one can be a chinook. If you go on the 15th you will only be able to keep 2 fish. I bet Thursday looks better now !!
