Default What to do with all those coho!

Out of the blue today we (the wife & I) marinated a few coho steaks in Newmans own "Parmesan & roasted garlic" dressing. Just a couple hours then throw them on the grill, do not rinse. **** that was good, my new favorite.

Thought I'd pass it on.

Does that have a vinegar/oil base or just oil?

Sounds good,

I'm trying something new also. Nortons prmixed meat brine for hams and bacon. So far it's smelling really good.

P.S. just tried it. A little salty, but the wife actually ate some and she's not a salmon lover.

I like it.
