Default Nehalem Silvers?????

I have been told by a very reliable source that you can keep silvers in the Nehalem bay clear out to the mouth. I have been told that you can keep silvers only from the imaginary line at the park on upriver. Both of these sources are highly respected. I tried to get an answer from ODFW but got no response. Do any of the rest of you have an opinion and where did you get your info?A lot of people have read previous posts and will keep a silver if caught. I dont disbeleave either source but when two people have the knowledge that they have and then they disagree it makes me wonder who is right. Thanks for any input. Cagey. Go to ODFW web site and read page four of the oregon ocean sport salmon and halibut seasons. This will tell you the bay from the jetty tips to the north fork is open to clipped coho.
