Default coho regs outside nehalem bay

Anyone tell me if we can keep coho in the ocean outside of the jaws at nehalem bay right now? It was real slow inside today but there are lots of coho feeding about half mile out from the north jetty and you could have taken a bathtub out there today, the weather was fantastic. hustlerrjim, iam headed for the Nehalem in the morning. Whats going on if anything and i have a question. I have been told that we can keep silvers clear out to the jetty tips, I have also been told we cannot keep them except from the imaginary line. Do you know which is right. Both sources are highly respected people in the fishing profession and to have them disagree bothers me. Do you know who is right? Thanks Cagey.
