Blackberry Cobbler Recipe, very good :-)

Hi everyone!

It was nice meeting some ifish members at the Milwaukie Witchita and at the Vancover
Smokeys Pizza. I figured I need my own nick name too, I'm drachers wife. The blackberries are thick and this recipe for cobbler is a killer, trust me. Every time I make it everyone wants the recipe.
Enjoy!!!

BLACKBERRY COBBLER

Melt: 1/2 cup butter in 9 inch by 15 inch
baking pan or pyrex

Mix: 1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
3/4 cup Milk

Pour this on top of the butter. Don't stir!!

Distribute 2 cups of blackberries on top
of this.

Sprinkle with 1 cup Sugar.

Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees

I like to serve it warm with Vanilla Ice
Cream.

Maybe we should plan some sort of picnic or a pot luck type get together. I think I saw a post about having some sort of Christmas get together. Sounds like fun [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]

This sounds great, I am taking this one to work to make while I am on duty. The guys will love this one.
