Default Buoy 10 suggestions

I will be fishing the ocean or Buoy 10 Sunday. The incoming is not until the afternoon. Is it worth trying the bridge to Buoy 10 on the outgoing, or should I head out to the ocean? Would appreciate suggestions on locations and techniques if the Buoy 10 area on the outgoing is the way to go. Thanks much.

Rock....

Hit the ocean...if at all possible, for some seriously good action but be sure you know what & where to go when you're out there. Follow the Charters or ask a few friends the Best Coordinates on a GPS, etc.

High slack has also been "typically" the best near the Astoria-Megler Bridge, but I beleive we're still a week or two away from the BEST action in that zone. I've had some really great days near the Bridge the first week of September...

You'll probably catch fish...no matter what you do. I'll be out there on Sunday as well in a 24' Motion Marine with the cameras rolling. If you see us, say hello!

Snap....

It's on tonight...9:00 PM, Channel 11. This is a fly fishing show on the Deschutes with an Indian Guide....Pretty good stuff.

I was at Buoy 10 Yesterday...5 Guys, 8 Fish...2 Nooks, 6 Coho...Lost one to a seal and several others popped loose for some reason..released 3-4 Natives. Pretty good day overall.
