Oregon versus Washington Hunting and Fishing regulations . . .
While my wife and I were in Washington today, out of curiosity, I picked-up Washington Hunting, Fishing and Waterfowl/Upland Game regulations. I spent some time this evening looking them over. There are a lot of similarities in format but, all-in-all, I think Washington's are better laid-out and easier reading. It seemed like Washington's regulations were easier to follow and more straight-forward - - less confusing, generally. And, there are also some interesting features like the opportunity to enter drawings for a lifetime license, promotion of wildlife license plates, etc.
Those of you who have hunted both states, how about some input from you as to your opinion of the ease of understanding Oregon versus Washington regulations?
