Salmon Derby on the Rogue, Saturday August 25, for more info you can call the Rogue Outdoor Store in Gold Beach 541-247-7142, i Believe the entry fee was $35.00 but that includes dinner too, registration needs to be done befor 8:00 am august 25th...but dont trust my memory call and find out for sure if your interested.

This is a great thing they do to raise money to support the Indian Creek hatchery for salmon and my guess other things of this nature. Good time for all. I will be one week early so I will miss it. Tell me how has the fishing been this week, I have heard mixed reports nothing hot. My good friend made a trip to the Washington coast and picked up fresh anchovies. Ready for the big fish. I will give a report when I return and can get on the computer.
