salmon advice please

Can anyone please let me know if anyone knows where you can fish for salmon off the bank. I will be in the tillamook area thursday - sunday.
What do you recomend for biat?

You salmon fishing in T-Bay will be limited at best right now. However, a few days ago this topic did come up and Capt. Hook posted a tip on this thread, scroll down to the bottom. And yes, the bay is open except west of the Green Hill - Kincheloe Point line.
