Thumbs up Over 50,000 people & over 1000 decisions (pics)

As some of you know God has blessed me with a ministry that puts on outreach events throughout the west coast. We are doing out best to chip away at the label of the "unchurched" northwest and have brought thousands to Christ

This past weekend was Salemriverfest at Riverfront park in Salem. We produced the entire event and we were blown away! There were over 50,000 people that attended over the two days and over 1000 decisions were made at the festival....Praise God! Here are some pictures of the event.

No prob CO, luv ya man

There were many of the pics deleted because of dial up members, the images were less than 500k, is there that many people on that service.

I will repost the images when I get time to resize them, busy with post festival details.

Too bad I didn't get to go. Next year if you need any help I know my best friend and I would love to help out in any way. We are in the midst of doing ministry together as we speak.

Hi there, FM2... They weren't specifically removed due to dial up users, but instead dial up users and people who have their screen set at 800 wide.

This is a rule that most people with bulletin boards ask of members, because it ruins the structure of Vbulletin to have it scroll horizontally. Even the one above causes mine to scroll horizontally. Please do a google search, and I'll doubt you'll find many major bulletin boards that do not have these rules.

Anyhow, it would be great if you could read our picture posting tutorial, so that the pictures wouldn't have to be deleted or fixed. Alot of times the mods will take their volunteer time to help folks resize their pics, but we've been incredibly busy, lately.

Thank you for your understanding, as usual, and congrats on your event!

Jen

I will post pics soon but you can see some of them at our MySpace page, http://www.myspace.com/hideoutministries

I haven't read the pic posting procedures for over six years and they probably have changed since then. Granted they were a little wide but is there some way the server can reject images up to say 300k when linking from an ftp site?

We are still following up on the festival and it was awesome to see so many hands go up wanting to invite Jesus into their lives, brings tears to my eyes every time this happens. We have a world full of confusion but we know there is one way to peace and happiness and that is through Jesus Christ!

Serving faithfully,
Keith
