Jetty action yet??

Is there any silver fishing on the north jetty at Ilwaco yet? Or on the Tillamook jetty? I gotta try this.

What sucks is that you need a saltwater license to fish the north jetty. I only got the freshwater license this year, not the fresh/salt combo. Does anybody know how much it costs to get a year round saltwater license if I already have the freshwater? [img]images/icons/confused.gif[/img]

For a Washington resident the Saltwater license is $18 and for a non-resident it is $36.
