success notices from Umatilla NWR?

Has anyone recieved their congratulations card from Umatilla yet?

It will be a while yet.

I checked the Umatilla NWR web site the other day and discovered that due to confusion regarding the mailing address for applications (apparently published incorrectly in both the Wash. and Ore. regulation books) they extended the due date for applications to September 21.

Given their history of sending out draw result notifications at the 11th hour, this year we may not know the results until the last moment.

We didn't get a response to last years advanced reservation request, and this was the reason they gave then (as I understood it anyway).
