Bad Funny Car Crash John Force

Crashed with Kenny Bernstein and Force has broken both legs and an arm. Bad year for John Force Racing, hope all goes well.

I just finished watching the race...wow what a horrific crash. I payed close attention to all of the slow motion parts. It looks like the chassis let loose when he pulled the chute, after the finish line. Bernstein already DQ'd for crossing the centerline. At first look I thought one of the center cones that Bernstein hit might have shot near the rear tire of Force's car, got sucked up and caused the dammage, but other angles disproved my forst suspicion.

I am sure there will be more information available as time goes on. What a tough break for such an incredible racing icon. One good note, John was barking out orders to everyone prior to surgery....just like always.
