Default Bait needed

I posted today early, not 1 response. Someone looking at this boad must know where I can get some anchovies 5-6 in. in size and good bait. I want to take some to a friend in Gold Beach, he has told what is there is not worth buying. Any one got a source? Thanks

Hey, everybody's fishin'! I'd suggest you contact one of the Ifish advertisers, Tillamook Baitfor anchovies. If they don't have 'em, they will know where to get them ... and they ship, too! You might also check with another Ifish advertiser, Tackle Time.

You could buy some fresh ones from one of the bait shops in the Astoria are (like Tackle Time) and then get them vac packed or vack pack them yourself. Even vacume pack them on old styrofome herring trays.

I found bait(anchovies) Chinook Country Store
They are going to package it for me, vac. pack, 14 to pack, on the trays, $4.00 package, seems like a great deal to me. After all I thought I was going to be SOL.
Also they flash freeze it first and then package it, not quite fresh but very close to it, look out chinook. Thanks for the help with this......
