While the London Grill has always been my place for special occassions, we've been enjoying a Japanese/ French fusion place over by Hillsboro Stadium, called La Hana, recently.

Re: What's your favorite resturant?
McDon... oh wait 'favorite' my bad
The grill right outside the kitchen door. Convenient, reasonably priced, healthy (ish) and the service is first rate
Although if 'forced' to eat out Chin Yen's on Burn makes outstanding General Tso's chicken
I also really like Applebee's

Last time I was in Long Beach I was warned to stay away from the ark as it recently changed hands and is not what it used to be.
Next time in the area check out the depot in seaview

Huntington's Bar & Grill in Klickitat, WA.
BEST damn steaks in the west..or east..or south...or north.
Also they make a dang fine bloody mary called "The Proud Mary".
Peggy makes the best cheesecake I've ever eaten. Her local huckleberry cheesecake is too good for mere words!

If you like meat, you'll love a Brazillian steak house. I've been to Texas De Brazil, but I know there are different franchises out there with the same theme. Two words of advice. Come hungy and bring your wallet.

My favorite is Ixtapa in Silverton.
They have great dishes and service. They also can mix up some good drinks.
I am sure there are many great restaurants out there, but I always enjoy Ixtapa for the consistant service and quality.

There's a place in Eugene called 3 Square that serves delicious food, beautifully presented at reasonable prices We're hooked on the Crab Strata for breakfast, now we're going to give it a try for dinner this Saturday to celebrate the Ducks big win over Cal.

Re: What's your favorite restaurant?
Club Paris. Downtown Anchorage. The best steaks I've ever eaten, anywhere.
It looks like a hole, and it is, but the food is great, and the drinks aren't bad either.

Re: What's your favorite restaurant?
Outback - One of the few places that cooks a steak the way I like it.
House of Good Fortune in Beaverton - realy good chinese food, and they'll make it as spicy as I want it.
Pepitas in Beaverton - really yummy authentic mexican food
Shadowbrook in Capitola, CA - awesome baked brie with jalapeno jelly, and a mean prime rib. The gondola ride to the restaurant is nice, and the gardens are lovely.
The London Grill at The Benson downtown - the best caesar salad I've ever had, prepared tableside. The waitstaff was top notch and it'll probably be our anniversary restaurant from now on. Spendy, but worth it for a special occasion.
