Re: Buffalo meat
Gartners Meat Market on Killingsworth in NE usually has ground buffalo for around $4 a lb.
I use either buffalo or turkey almost exclusivly. It cooks fast and without a lot of fat. Mix turkey and buffalo 2:1 for a great meatloaf.

Ponderosa Provisioners on TV Hwy in Aloha has Buffalo, as does the Haggen on Murray Hill.

Forest Grove next to hwy 47 just south of town.
Ground is $4 or $4.50 lb, last time I was there the steaks were ~$12.00 lb.

Re: Buffalo meat
Ponderosa Provisioners which is on Shaw (across the tracks paralell to TV hwy) in Aloha, next to les schwab between 185th and 198th. Only open to the public t-fr 11-5 S9-3.
I think 10-14 for strip and ribeye, like 16-18 for tenderloin.
I like it, but not enough to pay that kind of premium. It's a once in a while treat for me.
