Default Trout Farm

I would like to take my 4 year old grand daughter trout fishing at a trout farm (easier for her), but I only know of the one past Sandy which is quite a distance.

Does anyone know of a pond close to the Portland area, preferably the south east part of town. Are there any in the Canby area?

Thanks for your help.

LH

I think there is one on the way to Estacada. I see signs for it every time I go North Fork Reservior, but I can't remember the name.

The Canby pond is out of commision, until we get some work done on it.
I heard Aurora closed down. That leaves Hornings Hideaway, its the best.

There is one just past the Carver Boat ramp,Approx: 5 miles further up springwater rd. Past Terry Emmerts Water Buffalo ranch. It's avery nice facility and very friendly people that run it.

The one out past carver 5 miles is called indian springs trout farm. If you go over the carver bridge and hang a left and follow out cant miss it its on the right side of the road...

Rainbow Farms just past Sandy,
Indian Springs cross the clack at carver, go left for about 6 miles.
Rainbow has many ponds
Indian has one pond.

ODFW maintains a list of licensed U-catch trout ponds, which sell trout fishing opportunity. Call them and they will send it to you.
Some sell by the fish and some by the inch.
