I am about to turn off the feature that you can change your publicly displayed name.
It's just too much of a hassle to try and run the board with that option turned on. It changes things when I try and manage the background operation.
Spoke with infopop today, and they said it is a pain too.
So! Make sure you have your public name what you want it to be, cuz I'm changing that tomorrow.
News flash:
I just paid for the new members subscription for this board, and soon will be upgrading to the next features of the 6.1 or 6/2 release.
The features included for my hard earned money will be:
PROBABLY... but maybe not, a "Who is online?" Feature, that tells you, (duh) who is online.
Lots of new cool features for me in the control panel that will allow me to faster assist you with problems.
The ability to not login all the time, but to just login for one post, as needed.
A new option in teh profiles to see if someone has read your private message.
The ability to assign custom gremlins to your post
The ability to assign custom titles to your post.
I'll let you know more as I know more, but change is a comin.
