Glad I didn't get caught up in Rip City feaver and buy season tickets. Microfracture surgery on a 7-footer can't equal a good thing. Hope he heals up...but this can't be good.

I can see the Rose Garden from my office, and the line for ticket returns is already starting to form...not really but im sure there will be some unhappy season ticket holders, im sure he will look good on the bench though!!!

Definately bummed me out hearing the news. I 've been a Blazer fan for 30 years through thick and thin and this is just plain bad luck. Hopefully he can recover quickly and become the beast he was expected to be...

I still don't think we should have picked Durant. I would rather gamble on a big man that could pay off with a jackpot

I'm not worried about the season, blazers have a sweet squad. I'll be happy to sit in anyone of those seats this season it's just a bummer I'll have to root the team with out one of new stars.

Durant was a sure thing. Oden was suspect on the health issue of his back already. "Sam Oden". Here's hoping the Blazer gents can pull off a good clean season this year. I'm rooting for them. REally I am. Hopefully next season Oden will become the monster they hope he is and not the Bowie they hope he is not.

This good be good! If the Blazers suck it up again this year maybe we will score a high draft pick and pull a #1 or 2 and have a Championship team in the future. You gotta be an optimist if your a fisherman

I didnt realize Sam Bowie was Greg Odens father. Probably from a road trip fling!!! Sure glad I hadnt sprung for tickets yet. Probably pick up a few freebies now.

Totally different injury. I believe Bowie actually broke a bone. Give him the year, he will be fine. He will have the best medical treatment $$ can buy.
