Default Tues Tuna Newport

Hi guys,
Late report from yesterday. No internet last nite. We ran from Newport to banana and the 61 spot. Late start. By the time we got up there Skein and Sea J as well as 50 out were after them already. THANKS GUYS for the help!! We were looking for a troll bite (read too lazy to cast). There were fish as close as Banana but they wouldn't open their mouths. We ended up prospecting out to the 125 by 45 and found 65 degrees and biters! I had two sickies on board so I cut it short. We did fine and quit on a triple (due to sickies). It was a lake out side of 125 but pretty much a slop fest on the way back. Our best bite was at 45.02x125.02 and change. So.... they are still there! Go Get EM Fish ON!! Mike

MM, thanks for the report! As I recall, where you got the best bite is where terrafin was showing clear water.

We had 65 degree water and it definitely looked "different". And the fish were much more cooperative there than on the inside at least for us. Fish ON!! MM
