My heart is just breaking from your salmon dilemma. Too bad we can't find a better bottom fishing hole on the columbia than the south jetty, then we could hammer some cod and sea bass. Theres just something about backing the boat as close as possible to the rocks then chucking the lines while always watching the rocks either get closer or farther.

Doesn't anyone know of any good reefs out there past the jetties?

my favorite

1 cup cranberry sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup reduced sodium soysauce

1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp pepper

mix above ingrediants pour over 1-1 1/2 lbs of salmon fillet bake 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until salmon flakes w/fork

This recipe really brings out the flavor of salmon rather than masking it and it is really easy to prepare

try baking your salmon in a clear oven baking bag with all your favorite seasoning on it, the fish doesnt dry out and it melts in your mouth.
