Rauly, that was the first thing I told him Didn't work.

C&M Thanks I'll pass on your Phone # to him, I have never used any comm. cure so I don't have a clue if it's close to what he likes or not.

I had a thread up a while back when I was looking for that cure. Chucks in Springfield had it. That was a couple of months ago though. The cure-all company went out of business. They had the BEST cure around. Good luck in your quest......Fishhead Vic

Hey have you ever tried Mr. Sure Cure?

I'm completely sold on it. I use it exclusivley on all my eggs. I use Rocket Red color and it doesn't ever burn your eggs.

Come see my chinook eggs and see why...

FH5,

I know the company went out of business and the cure has almost been impossible to get since. The company went out of business before I could try their cure, but I had some friends that said it was good. They called the old owner of the company directly, and he told them that was it. They had no more. My friend tried to talk them into sending him some directly, and the guy said he could not, like there was something else going on (they may have sold the rights or something).

Good luck finding it. I would say your best bet is to go through all the stores and hope you find a place that still has some they have not sold yet.

Scott

However......in the meantime, use Amerman wet cure. What a great product. Scott, the wet cure seems to outfish the boraxed cure pretty convincingly, and the boraxed product is as pretty as I've ever seen. Your wet cure is truly superb. Can't wait to use it on the silvers and fall chinookies now.
