Default Concrete Contractor, Albany/Corvallis Area?

Suppose I wanted to have a concrete retaining wall built. Any recommendations for such a concrete contractor in the Albany / Corvallis area?

I start going through the phone book, and only a certain % of them seem to do vertical stuff (vs flat work).

Thanks for any leads....

Ask the folks at Willamette Graystone for a recommendation.

Fairwood construction out of Monroe will work that area - 541-847-6039. Ran by a couple of young guys, I havent had them do work for me personally, but I've heard good reports.

Anything over 4' needs to be stamped by an Engineer.
Check with larger general contractors to ask who they use for subs on that kind of work. ie. Greenberry, Bob Grant Construction, T. Gerding Construction. These are all local builders who have lots of experience.

Out of Salem, GELCO construction does good concrete work. <foreman Bruce Kunda had the big fish at coyote rock a couple years ago, for fall salmon on the Siletz>
Out of Eugene, A B Utility Contracting does good concrete work and are good guys to work with.
All of the above work in Corvallis often.
good luck!
