Jennie that was a nice fish. You sure are getting strong to hold that 76# fish up like that. Have you been lifting weights? Hope your Alaska trip has all been fine.

I thought those looked like MAN HANDS! (this will only be funny if you are a Seinfeld freak like me) and even then - it might not be that funny...

Isn't it just bizzarro that Chris caught one, same size, same color, same location AND was wearing my rain clothes?
Sheesh!
And... I worked hard to get my hands looking all rough and man like, come on!

Re: O,K,, so I did catch a Kenai King... Just 76 pounds though...
I can verify that catch by Chris, as I was standing in the adjacent fish cleaning station filleting reds when they brought that one over. The teeth on that monster were just incredible.
I think his partner said that one was caught backbouncing eggs with a 7/0 hook. My sister and I were less fortunate that trip; no kings to the boat so we had to fill the coolers with reds and razors.

Hey Iceman,
It was good meeting you.
Sorry I didn't get more of a chance to visit with you, I was just a little spaced-out from the no-sleep thing. I guess my moms right, she says...."your not a spring chicken anymore". Anywise, that sure was an impressive pile of reds you were processing. Hope you and your sister had a great time. I think you said you live in Vancouver....give me a call sometime if you want to terrorize some local fisheries.
Chris

Iceman --- believe me, you got the best pile of meat from those reds. That mungy old salmon won't eat like your reds.
