[No Wishin Just Fishin]

Hunting high cascade next weekend for first time. Will there be bow hunters in the field also?? Huntingbetween Marion Lake and Detroit

Bow season has been happening for a week now. I would say that it is a safe bet that you will have company in the woods through the whole high cascade season even if you don't see them. We have run into plenty of rifle guys durring that week in years past.

I wouldn't worry abt them, just use normal commonsence. And have a great time.

We won't be shooting near you, Be carefull of what's beyond where you are aiming when you pull the trigger. Be safe out there.

i hunted the high cascade hunt for a few years up around santiam junction. we would see a few other hunters both rifle and bow. just be sure of your target and whats beyond it before you pull the trigger. good luck
