Default serial numbers

can someone blow up this pic and tell me what the serial number is? I know some of you out there have advanced photo suites that may be able to do something like this. I have seen some of the pics on here. Thank you in advance.

I think you may have seen too many CSI episodes! A small photo blown up in size only becomes more distorted. An out of focus image or one that's overexposed also loses more detail when enlarged. I did try- sorry no luck. Maybe someone else knows what they are doing better than I.

I can make out the first 3 characters ... 3 B 7 , but after that, it appears like someone obliterated it.

thank you for trying. Maybe the other motor will have better numbers on it so I can find out exactly when they were made.

Are there any other places where they may have stamped the numbers on the engine itself?

Maybe you could go old school and place a piece of paper over it and rub it with a pencil?

the first hurdle I see here is that Ifish (to save disk space) has restricted the file size on pictures. For normal viewing the restriction has no direct effect, but if you want to extrapolate an enlarged photo you will need higher quality as pete has demonstrated. try taking the higest quality pic you can muster in as tight as you can...I belive they call it Macro photography. Then email it to the respective helpers directly. I have photoshop and may be able to help out but Im sure there are others here who are better at it than I am.
