Default Wingman Wanted

I'm headed out of Depoe for tuna this Sunday - is anyone else headed my way? I'm just looking for somebody who'll answer the radio occasionally - maybe even exchange numbers.

Looking for somebody to help keep an eye on things.

Sorry - boat is full - I'm taking the family.

Thanks,
Ted

Going to Depoe, leaving around 6:00, headed for bananna and then maybe tuna if it works out..... Handle on the radio is "G-spot" Will be on ch 80, and monitor 78.... I will answer if called. I think I will have a couple of other boats running with me as well.

I too am planning on a Sunday run and am happy to keep in contact on the radio. With the forecast downgrading we will be there and at least take a look. Boat name it Toby4.

Thanks to all who were out there looking over some of us newbies. I did get out on Sunday, but the wind-waves made it a bit too uncomfortable for me & the crew. We found 64° water 20 miles NW of Depoe, but the water didn't look too fishy to me (no surface animal activity, still greenish). Trolled for a bit, but then chickened out and headed back. Wound up catching a bunch of native Coho 8 mi out, but only 1 w/o the extra fin.

Still, I gained a bit of experience/courage, and I'll be out there again - just not with this week's weather.

I love this site. Thanks again,
Ted.
