I have a great little rental home in Aloha. This is a very clean, newly renovated home. 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, laundry room w/solid doors for quiet. Home has large deck shaded most of the day, fenced yard, sprinklers in front, large 600 sq.ft. shop/garage + additional single garage. We just installed high efficiency vinyl windows and patio door. The carpets have been replaced or cleaned and new flooring was installed. The interior has been completely repainted and new fixtures have been installed. This is truely a very clean well cared for home. Sorry - no smokers or pets please. $1100 per month + deposits. See the home at 19753 sw Wright st, Aloha (off 198th and Oak st.)
