Fished Trillium Lake today, we did pretty good. But even if we didnt catch fish the scenery was worth the trip!

FISHRUS,
Nice pic, I to saved it as a background. Trillium is my favorite Mt. Hood lake, I love to take the kids there. I was thinking of hitting it this weekend, can you share your techniques and fish size with us. It's either Trillium or Olallie this weekend, any reports from Olallie?

Thanks for the pic,
JK

Hi Artwo

Try a bobber and a small piece of nightcrawler. Where to go and find fish, shoot I just deleted the GPS coordinates- HAHA Head towards the Mt. Hood side of the lake. You will find three fingers of water surrounded by lillepads. Cast near the edge of these pads, not into it. Bam, your bobber should go down. Go early because the bite stops around 9;30 am.
Bring lots of nightcrawlers.

This too is one of my favorite lakes - spent many a time with my kids and scouts - in a lot of cases their first fish is from this lake.
