Default A little more bank access on the S. Santiam
Apparenty the ODFW moved the deadline below Foster Dam up river about 50 yds. This opened up a little bank access.
My friend fished up there yesterday evening and did real well. Hooked 3, landed 2.
The trap at the dam is shut down and they will not be recycling anymore fish. Most of the fish will start stacking up below the dam.
