I'm pretty sure by having that ribbon by your name you can change your title to anything you want it to be. 
Menu = User CP/Edit Profile

That ribbon only means that I have donated to ifish it will not allow me to change my designation
However since I am no longer a TUNA I did change my avitar to reflct my mood

click on the "user CP" in the gold bar above...find the area that says "EDIT PROFILE" on the left hand side, scroll down and find the section for custom tilte that lets you select "CUSTOM TITLE" put in "TUNA", scroll to bottom and verify changes...your welcome:grin:
Just added TUNA to my moniker as of this post

You can pay to change your designation. However, I don't think everyone whose donated can change it? (I'm probably wrong) If you wanna be a tuna again, i think it's pretty cheap.

I have updated to high speed as of July 1st but haven't posted that much due to fishing so often

I'm gonna guess that if one has not requested or paid for a custom title in the past, that feature will remain disabled. At least I can't seem to find the "custom title" feature in my CP.
