In NASCAR thats just open wheel racin after a little bumpin and rubbin. Nothing but an air drag problem, the goods are still intact.

My first thought bird strike. Comp. stall possible
But I think fire in back photoshopped. Would have had to lose a burner can and fuel system to do that much. Not likely, unless you sucked in a VW.:smile:

I was in the back cockpit of a F4, during a engine trim on the run up pad, we were at military power when one of the J79's compressor stalled.
Not sure about the tailpipe, but fire shot at least 20ft. out the intake, and there was a very loud BOOM.
This occurred at night, it got my undivided attention.

Last F4 I saw was a drone, pretty cool seeing it taxi out and take off without anyone on board.
