Default Favorite Tuna Smoking methods
I have smoked a ton of salmon over the years but never tuna. Thanks to Tinman and a great trip last Sunday, I have some tuna to smoke. I am looking for brines, brine time and smoking time and temps - raw to done.

Any help would be much appreciated.
