Default Wilson river cleanup

Every time I drive to Portland, I can't believe the trash along the way.
There is a spot where all the teens party and swim. The parking lot where they park is sickening! Whole cases of beer empties, etc.
From now on, I am going to take a huge trash bag and fill it up every time I drive that highway.
I don't know the milepost, but look for it on the way, and maybe you can help too?
Thanks,
Jen

Default Re: Wilson river cleanup

I noticed this last weekend while out fishing for Summer Steelhead. We picked up quite a bit of trash while we were out, and it seems to be getting worse as the summer moves on.
It might not be a bad idea for us to organize another River Clean-up project in the Fall. I know last year I picked up more trash around that time, than any other time of the year.
