Default Quick ocean update please.

I know this is a little late to be asking but I'm headed out the door to hit Garibaldi in the morning and would like to hear from anyone that went out today on what the ocean was acting like.

Default Re: Quick ocean update please.

I can't vouch for Garibaldi conditions but Astoria was ok the swells were navigable but they were on thee large side. If you got into fish it was quick limits for all. We got another 12 fish to the dock (in 2 boats) cleaned and done by 1:30. the wind was not really a factor, but if it had it could have been nasty. During the tide we fished the outgoing, and the wave/tide induced current would put our troll at a standstill.

Good luck tomorrow
