Yesterday was rough.(seas to 6 ft) It took three hours to limit on 5-6 pound coho. And not everyone is using Barbless hooks. I happened to snag a diver, dodger and fish that was dead tired from towing around all this gear. The barbs weren't pinched. [img]images/icons/frown.gif[/img] But I got some free gear and a fish. Whoever you are, I wouldn't ask for it back, because I'll turn you in for not pinching your barbs.

A friend of mine fished yesterday morning on a Charter out of Ilwaco and they limited the boat with 28 silvers in just under an hour. He said it was the hottest silver bite ever! Were you fishing around anyone else?

Yes, I was around the Charters and everyone else around the CR Bouy. I showed up a little late, as boats were already limited by the time we got there at 7:00. First 30 minutes was pritty fast, but I still think it was a slow day for me. We were done at 9:30, but I watched a lot of boats head in. We weren't the last ones out there, but your right it shouldn't have taken us that long. I'll try again next week, but for now I will hang my head in shame. [img]images/icons/frown.gif[/img]
