Default Good Fishing Magazines

I fish and live in Florida and I manufacture a product for center console fishing boats. I was hoping to find out what fishing publications the fishermen from the North West Coast like. Your response will be greatly appreciated.

Hey there iteetop!

Around here it seems everyone favors STS or Salmon, Trout, Steelheader from Amato Publications.

Two thumbs up!!!

Welcome to the board!

Another one you can try is Fishing and Hunting News. I believe they have publications for Oregon, Washington, California and maybe some other states:
Outdoor Empire Publishing Inc. 424 N. 130th Seattle WA 98133.
Alot of people badmouth this publication because their reports aren't always real current or accurate, but they still have a very large readership.

On another note: You live in Florida? How bout dropping in on us over here occasionally to give us some fishing reports.
I have never fished (or been there) but have always wanted to and some day in the near future will be packing up my fly rods and heading there. I would love to hear an occasional report about what you are catching down there and when.

Even though I live in Oregon, I still subscribe to Saltwater Sportsman. It occasionally has a NW article in it, but I buy it for the billfishing articles. Can't wait to go to Cabo again!

Isn't there some Internet-based weekly newsletter with all the latest reports and tips that really work for catching fish?

I bet if you talk to Jennie, Sailcat, and Bob from Piscatorial Pursuits, you could probably advertise on-line on the most frequented fishing web-sites in the NW. Just a thought.

Western Outdoors and Salmon,Trout Steelheeader, have my subscrption money. These are the two dominant rags on the west coast as far as I'm concerned. Californis also has the Fish Sniffer which is okay and it has a little southern Oregon in it as well. There's always F and H News but with their recent shake up I don't know how stable their going to be. Good Luck !
