Default Charleston Tuna

Went out of Charleston today behind Weather or Knot. Water was glass. What a beautiful day. Took a newbie tuna fisher today and got his tennies bloodie. Waht a great day. Thanks Wet Dreams for the guideance. Lots of peanuts, felt like I was on the Carter RanchHooked a few nice ones and lost one rod.:frown: If you hook a ??? with a white rod and a Penn 49L with white line it would be mine, broke the rod holder clean off. Just look at this guy smile. And the wife too.

Great job getting out there yesterday. Sorry to hear about the loss of the rod. That hurts. You just never know though if posting on here, someone may actually find it for you!
Stranger things have happened.

Buch, it was nice having you guys(and Carla ) out there with us. looks like your getting good and comfortable out there and you caught lots of fish. I thought you were pulling my leg about the rod, by the way I need that rod I let you use back PLEASE! When we called you into the fish we found first thing Im glad you found us so you guys could see the clinic those WAVE TRACTORS were putting on! By the way did you get yours in yet or are they back ordered!:lau gh: All kiding aside its nice to have other boats out there with people in them that you would have in your boat at any time. Next time all be your wing man! Glad yuuo had a good time (soory to hear about the gear) and I hope your wave walkers come in soon.
We had a great day! New boat record and we wre able to find out my boat capacity! 39 fish heavilly iced! First thing I saw two birds doing doughnuts on the water so I hit the breaks and threw a swimbait at them, FISH ON. from there we started loading the boat with the wave walkers. If yo dont have them (BUTCH CAN BACK ME UP HERE) GET THEM! They work great. We finished the day chasing some jumpers and throwing fish traps at them. At the end of the day we were only about 26 miles out and we left a good bite to get home early adn get things taken care of, and we wre out of Ice. If some one needs #'rs I'm more than happy to post them. Id do it now, but there in my boat. Hope every one that fished did great and had a safe trip!
From left to right. Former TUNAGIN Jason, Rick, and Tyler.

The pruffs in the puddin, ridein right beside ya and not hit any and see'n ya all pull em in hand over fist is profff in the pudin to me. Thanks for the Coords. They are all in the frezeer and we're ready for round four.Carla's lookin for a freezer and an ice machine.Looks like I'm not the only one that's slipped into the dark side. Here's to many more. Nice catch. We were wondering why you didn't post last night. Carkin were ya?
Cheers!
