Selmac and Lost Creek Lakes Report

Fished one day at Selmac and 1/2 day at Lost Creek. Selmac produced LM, crappie, catfish, and bluegill. Water temp was 83, air temp was 100+. Most of the LM were in the middle, crappie were in deeper water by the dam. Not much size to anything but a lot of action most of the day.

At Lost Creek I fished along the shore starting at the boat launch for about 4 hours. I caught a lot of SM bass but nothing of any size. I talked to two guys who said they lost a couple of very large LM at dawn. I decided to troll for trout back to the ramp and caught two very nice size rainbow -- absolutely covered with parasites. They were very gross and I let them both go. The water temp was 79.
