Hammond OTC event may actually go off IMHO. 3 and 5 is not ideal for tuna fishing but it is most likely fishable. Cool Cat is primed and ready. I may need to borrow my North River Protection Gear, hereby known as NRPG, out of storage for a bumpy day on the ocean.

I can't speak for any other N/R owners but we want to make certain that all the wusses are protected. Don't want any softies hurting themselves. I seem to remember a picture of Brenie injuring his sholder and neck on his trip with Something Good. As to the Truss Belt and Depends use to suit6 ownres needs. You put all that gear on and you won't be able to move.

Better have a fuel management plan. Plus its a NW blow. A nice hard cold blow.

Does anyone remember fishing for salmon 2 yrs ago 10 to 15 miles south of the CR spark plug? Nice calm morning trolling south with no worries in the world. Then noon struck and the NW wind would start. Having to come back north was the hardest boating I had ever done. I couldn't believe I used 35+ gals of fuel that day.

I am hopeing to up-grade to a more comfortable bigger Boat someday, but now I'm wondering if this will make me soft, & my wife soft also, like the Cool Cat has aparently done to Bernie. Spoiled Brat!

3 & 5..... That was what it was last Sunday coming in from our Tuna trip.

The GB handled it pretty well but that north swell/ wind wave blow was pretty funky hitting the side of the cat ....

You were right Bernie about backing off on the throttle a little and making things more comfortable.....
