Default EOTech Questions?

How do you like the eotech sight?
Have you had any issues?
What is the Starburst effect?
Would you buy another?
Where did you mount it on your rifle? (I've seen some close to the rear site and others mounted like a scout scope)
Overall Impression?

Thanks SetNet

I have mine on my M4 and it works great for picking up targets quick. Definatly loses some accuracy past 100. I mounted mine on the top of he handgaurd, so I could put a QD scope behind it. What are you planning on putting it on and using it for?

I love my EO Tech. Ive had the darn thing on 3 handguns and 3 rifles and if I could afford several, I would have them. Right now it sits on a DPMS Bull barreled AR-15. There are many rifle matches I attend in Sherwood, Oregon and can reliably hit 8-10" steel targets at 300 yards and sometimes beyond that from field positions. They are a real sucker to zero, but once you get it done. It stays there. Mine is mounted as far forward on the receiver as it will go.
